STEPS FOR CONSTRUCTION

1. Get some financing lined up. How much can you qualify for?

2. Find some land.

3. Find a house plan and finalize all changes.

4. Get bids from all sub contractors.

5. File for permits (building, septic, design, well).

6. Order the house package (delivered in about six weeks).

7. Put in a well and get the P.U.D order started.

8. Dig and pour the foundation. Put in a driveway.

9. Get house delivered and start framing it.

10. Install septic and get all the subs started.

11. Paper work and permits should take about two months.

12. After delivery it should take about two weeks for your house to be up and the exterior finished.
